The mission of the Department of Islamic Studies at Southeast University (SEU) is to develop the moral character and to help the students succeed in both this world and the hereafter. The objective of the Islamic Studies program is to present Islam as the code of life based on the revealed knowledge of the Holy Quran and Sunnah. This will be achieved by conveying world class education about Islam and providing research facilities so that the students can attain their maximum potential. In the present world there are everlasting problems in morality and ethics, and the problems can be solved only practicing the rules & regulations of Islam through true Islamic knowledge. Our graduates will be highly honored by the people of the globe and by Allah the almighty and His Messenger (Peace be upon him) in the hereafter.
